PH Pallets has an excellent reputation as one of the most professional wooden pallet manufacturers in the country - distributing new (and used) wooden pallets from our modern manufacturing facilities.
We are based centrally for UK distribution in Manchester and handle around 30,000 new pallets and used pallets on a weekly basis.
We sell direct into end-user industrial markets such as:
- Tapes
- Aggregates
- Lubricants
- Lime manufacturers
- Chemicals
- Packaging
New pallet manufacture is from virgin wood stock purchased globally via overseas suppliers in Russia, Sweden, Latvia and other parts of Central Europe.
We are also proud to support UK mills and their agents.
We use state-of-the-art machinery including the Viking QC 306 and this specialist side of our business is heavily process-driven to comply with ISPM 15 heat-treatment regulations and IPCC standards using:
- On-site, purpose-built kilns
- Pallet batch traceability
- Extensive H&S systems (fully auditable)
- CAD pallet design software
